Siyabonga Mashigo possess vast experience in the field of
environmental management as an environmental scientist, he is a
registered member of Land Rehabilitation Society of Southern
Africa (LaRSSA). He gained this experience after joining Singo
Consulting (Pty) Ltd through Work Integrated Learning
programme.
Ever since then he has been conducting countless Environmental Impact Assessments for Singo
Consulting. He had an opportunity to develop a Climate Change Adaptation Strategy for a local
municipality in Mpumalanga province. He has served as an Environmental Control Officer in
numerous open cast mines around Mpumalanga. His expertise also includes the establishment of
dust fallout monitoring networks, compiling dust management plans for open cast mines as well
as environmental performance and auditing.
